This is a very easy to use DLL built to help developers implement the PayPal IPN (Instant Payment Notification) feature into their website. All the code is pre-written and the intellisense is well documented making this tool an absolute must when developing any site using PayPal's IPN.  It was published in .NET 2.0 and is current.  Also operates in .NET 3.0 and works with any .NET language.  Includes two pre-built webpages, one in VB.NET and the other in C# both for the ASP.NET 2.0+ framework.
